Okroshka with sprat – it sounds almost incredible, but it turns out very tasty and original. I advise you to definitely try this option if one day you want to diversify your usual daily diet.
Ingredients
- Canned fish (sprat) – 1 bank
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2-3 pieces
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Radish - 5 pieces
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Grainy mustard - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Kvass - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs, finely chop all the ingredients and chop the herbs with garlic.
Mash the sprat with a fork and send it there. In tomato, too, will do.
Mix everything with grainy mustard and sour cream and pour kvass over the okroshka.
