- Chicken thighs - 2 pieces
- Noodles - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 pinch
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the thighs with water and boil for 40 minutes. Remove, chop the meat and send it back to the pan.
Cut all the vegetables beautifully and add carrots and peppers to the broth.
After 5-7 minutes, add the tomatoes and all the spices. If desired, tomatoes can be peeled.
Add the noodles and cook the soup until it is ready.
