Ingredients
- Green peas - 300 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Lime - 0.5 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cream - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken fillet until tender.
Add the peas to it and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Grind everything with a blender until smooth. Add the herbs, spices and cream, and whisk again.
Bring the soup to a boil, remove from heat, sprinkle with lime juice and sprinkle with sprouts.
