White Armenian soup is famous for its amazing taste and amazing ability to quickly restore strength. It is prepared in different ways, but necessarily with bulgur and dairy products. I offer you a simple and delicious recipe for a popular dish.
Ingredients
For soup:
- Milk - 500 ml
- Water - 1 l
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - 5 twigs
For meatballs:
- Minced chicken - 300 g
- Bulgur - 80 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bulgur pre-soak for half an hour.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Mix minced meat, bulgur, onion, salt and ground pepper.
Shape small meatballs of the same size with your hands.
Boil water, add salt and add meatballs. Cook for half an hour on low heat.
Mix lightly beaten eggs, sour cream and milk.
Pour the resulting mixture into the soup and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley and turn it off after 1 minute.
