I want to share with you an original Thai-style milk soup. The main ingredients are chicken and chili, so the dish turns out to be both tender and spicy. Instead of ordinary milk, you can take coconut milk.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Milk - 500 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender, remove from the broth and slice.
Chop the potatoes and boil in boiling broth for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped celery and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the milk, return the chicken to the pan, add chopped chili and spices to taste.
Bring the milk soup to a boil and remove from the heat.
