Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef tails into chunks and fry them until browned over high heat.
Remove excess fat with paper towels, fill the tails with water and put on high heat.
Bring to a boil, remove the foam and add all the other ingredients entirely, except salt.
Cook the broth for about 3-3.5 hours, and add salt 20 minutes before cooking.
