There are so many everyday worries in the modern world that there is absolutely no time and energy left for cooking. In such cases, simple and quick recipes help out. According to one of them, I propose today to cook milk cream soup with broccoli.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 1 l
  • Water (boiled) – 150 ml
  • Cream - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Broccoli - 400 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the onion from the husk and cut it.

Wash the broccoli, disassemble it into inflorescences and chop it.

Pour water into a saucepan, then milk and bring to a boil over low heat.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Add broccoli and roast in a saucepan with milk. Cook for 5 minutes.

Grind the mass with an immersion blender until smooth.

Add cream, salt and ground pepper. Heat over low heat for 2 minutes, but do not boil.
