To make the pickle even more satisfying, I suggest adding a handful of boiled or canned beans to it. And if you want to get such a rich golden color, take a spoonful or two of turmeric.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the meat with water and boil until tender.

Add chopped potatoes, carrots and onions to the boiling broth. Cook until the potatoes are ready.

Pour in the brine, add the beans and grated cucumbers, season the soup to taste.

Cook the pickle for another 3-5 minutes.
