Ingredients
- Milk - 3 glasses
- Water - 2 glasses
- Fig - 200 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Butter - 40 g
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Dried apricots - handful
- Water (boiling water) – 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water and pour it into a deep saucepan.
Pour in water, add salt and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Add hot milk, sugar, vanilla essence, butter and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and leave it under the lid for 10 minutes.
Wash dried apricots with boiling water and dry them on a paper towel.
Pour the soup on plates and add dried apricots.
