It would seem, how to make pea soup even more satisfying? But here, too, you can act according to the classical scheme and just add some potatoes! This is a great option when you need to feed a large family.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 300 g
  • Peas (green) – 400 g
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
  • Parsley - 5 twigs
  • Garlic - 3 teeth

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Slice and boil the potatoes until tender.

Add the peas and cook for a couple more minutes.

Grind them in a blender, pour the liquid from cooking to the desired consistency.

Add chopped herbs, garlic, spices and olive oil, and whisk the soup again.
