A little green peas will perfectly complement the recipe of classic Russian okroshka. I prefer to use canned because it can be immediately added to the rest of the ingredients. But frozen is also suitable – just boil it for a couple of minutes.

- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Sausages - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Green peas - 200 g
- Sour cream - 4 art.l.
- Mineral water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs until tender.
Chop all the ingredients very finely and chop the dill.
Add the peas and gently mix everything with sour cream.
Fill the okroshka with mineral water.
