Usually such salads are prepared with a lot of garlic and hot spices. Since we cook ourselves, we will select the ingredients and their proportions according to our taste. I offer you a very tasty and simple recipe.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Put the noodles in a colander, rinse and wait until all the liquid drains.
Chop the chicken fillet and peeled bell pepper.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences. Chop too large.
Fry the chicken until tender in vegetable oil.
Cut the finished fillet even smaller.
In a small container, mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar and ground ginger.
Mix the funchosa, chicken, broccoli, sesame and bell pepper.
Pour the prepared dressing, mix and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
