This is not the easiest Asian salad: there are a lot of ingredients in it, and some of them are complicated. But if you like seafood and especially mussels – you will definitely be delighted with the dish. And crab meat will make it even more interesting.
Ingredients
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Mussels - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Sprouted mash - 100 g
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- String beans - 100 g
- Lemongrass - 2 pen
- Peanuts - 2 handfuls
- Chickpeas (canned) – 100 g
- Dijon mustard - 2 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels for 4-5 minutes and pour soy sauce over them.
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater, chop the purple onion.
Boil the string beans 3-4 minutes after boiling.
Chop the lemongrass and mix all the ingredients.
Add Dijon mustard to the salad and sprinkle with sesame oil.
