For such a quick everyday salad, any pickled mushrooms are suitable, and preferably several types at once. To make the dish even more satisfying, add a couple of slices of ham. And serve it all on fresh salad leaves.

Chop the large mushrooms, and leave the small ones whole.

Cut the onion into feathers and the ham into strips.

Add lettuce leaves and stir the salad. If desired, add oil and spices.
