Delicious salads are made only from quality ingredients, so always use fresh and juicy vegetables. I'm sharing my favorite salad recipe with Peking cabbage!
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Radish - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the Peking cabbage into strips.
Peel and grate the carrots. Cut the radish into small pieces.
Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and cut into cubes.
Mix cabbage with carrots, radishes, vinegar and salt. Slightly mash the mass with your hands.
Add olive oil, bell pepper and gently mix the salad.
