I often cook this salad when I want to have a snack. Fresh vegetables, tender chicken and fragrant greens — what could be tastier? Boiled meat is lightly fried in butter. Thanks to this, it turns out much more appetizing!
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (boiled) – 350 g
- Bell pepper (large) – 1 piece
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Spinach - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - handful
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 30 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the chicken breasts.
Put the meat on a board and slice.
Tear the spinach into pieces with your hands.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, peeled onions and bell peppers.
Mix everything, add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and mix.
