Fragrant grilled chicken does not need side dishes or additions. She's too good on her own! That's why I prefer to serve it only with fresh vegetables and herbs - separately or in the form of such a salad!
Ingredients
For chicken:
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
For salad:
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Shallots - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into two parts so that it is not too thick.
Mix lemon juice, oil, soy sauce and spices.
Rub the chicken well with marinade and leave for half an hour. If there is not enough time, fry immediately.
Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Cut the shallots into feathers, rinse the basil thoroughly and cut the cherry in half.
Cut the chicken into slices and put it on top.
Mix olive oil, Dijon mustard and spices, and pour over the salad.
