Treat your family to a delicious lunch, cook a real rib eye steak with butter. Preheat the meat at room temperature and marinate in spices. During the roasting process, carefully monitor the time and fire.
Ingredients
- Beef (rib eye steak) – 500 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Pepper mixture with peas - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt - to taste
- Rosemary - a couple of twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Reheat the rib eye steak at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours. Rinse and dry with paper towels.
Rub the pepper mixture with salt in a mortar and generously sprinkle the steak on all sides. Cover with plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, lay out the steak and fry for 30 seconds on each side over high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for another 1.5-2 minutes on both sides.
Transfer the meat to a plate or board and cover with a double layer of foil for 5 minutes.
Put butter on top of the finished steak, garnish with herbs.
