Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
- Bell pepper (medium) – 1 piece
- Spinach - 50 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the bell pepper and cut into small cubes.
Wash the spinach, shake it off and tear it with your hands.
Shake eggs with salt and milk with a fork.
Add spinach, bell pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Grease the baking dish thoroughly with butter.
Pour the prepared mixture, leaving one third free.
Bake the omelet for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
