Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Adjika - 2 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Place the wings in a bowl, add salt, spices, adjika, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Squeeze the garlic through the press, mix and leave for 1.5 hours under the cling film.
Put the wings in a greased form, cover with foil or a lid and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Remove the foil and brown the wings for another 10 minutes.
