It would seem that there are no difficulties in boiling a turkey. But, believe me, there is a big difference: just cook the meat or cook it right. In the latter version, the turkey turns out juicy, fragrant and very tasty.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 500 g
- Broccoli - 400 g
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Parsley - 5 twigs
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Water - 1,5 l
- Ice - 3 cubes
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey breast, put it in a saucepan and pour cold water.
Add salt, bay leaf, black pepper and parsley tied in a bundle. Boil for 30 minutes after boiling.
Turn off the heat and leave the meat in the broth for 15 minutes.
Wash broccoli, divide into inflorescences.
In a separate saucepan, boil salted water, add broccoli and boil for 5 minutes.
Put the broccoli in ice water and leave for 10 minutes.
Put the broccoli and sliced turkey on a plate.
