Czech cuisine is rich in hearty meat recipes. Including several different ways to cook fragrant pork ribs. I will share one of these ways with you today. A separate side dish is not needed for it.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Sauerkraut - 1 kg
- Water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs into portions and fry in oil in a frying pan until golden.
Add finely chopped onion and spices, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Squeeze the sauerkraut and add it to the same place. Then add sugar and water, and mix.
Simmer the dish on low heat under the lid for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
