Whisk cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolks and starch with a blender until smooth.

Whisk the whites with salt to persistent peaks and gently mix with a spatula to the cottage cheese.

Wash the raisins and mix them into the dough too.

Cover the pan with parchment and lay out the curd mass.

Cook the casserole for about 30 minutes under the lid on low heat.
