What kind of meat to buy for a barbecue? Someone likes a shoulder blade, someone likes ham and ribs more. All parts of the carcass are good in their own way, but I think that the most delicious shish kebab is obtained from pork neck. Try it and see for yourself!
Ingredients
- Pork neck - 2 kg
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Mineral water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the meat into small pieces, put it in a bowl and pour mineral water for half an hour.
Drain the water, squeeze the meat slightly.
Peel the onion and chop it in a blender.
Add onion, oil, mustard, spices and salt to the bowl with meat. Stir, cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 1 day.
Put the meat on skewers and fry on the grill for 20 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
