- Cream cheese - 300 g
- Green onion - 2 stems
- Butter (soft) – 50 g
- Paprika - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it into large plates.
Lightly beat the meat on both sides with a hammer, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, paprika and remove for 10 minutes to the side.
Cut cream cheese, green onions and mix.
Put the filling on the meat blanks, roll it up and fix it. To do this, you can use a thread or wooden skewers.
Put the rolls on a greased baking sheet, brush with butter on top and send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
Take out the roll, brush with butter and cook for another 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
