Ingredients
- Dorado - 3 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Italian herbs - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the dorado, wash and rub with spices.
Cut half an orange into slices and put it in the belly of the fish.
Coarsely chop the remaining oranges and onions.
Put dorado, cherry, onion, garlic cloves and oranges in the mold.
Sprinkle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
Bake the fish in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
