Rice casserole with chicken and spinach in a frying pan

We are used to that when it comes to casseroles, it is always an oven. But in fact, you can do with an ordinary frying pan. Today I will demonstrate this by the example of this rice casserole with chicken, spinach and creamy egg filling.
Ingredients
- Fig - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spinach - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream - 150 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Mozzarella - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender.
Cut the chicken into pieces and fry until tender.
Add spinach and fry for another minute.
Add the rice and stir.
Whisk cream with eggs and spices, add grated mozzarella and pour rice.
Mix everything thoroughly again and cook under the lid on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the casserole is baked.
