To cook a delicious dinner, it is not necessary to buy expensive products. For example, an amazing dish is obtained from white cabbage and turkey. You will be surprised how simple and delicious it is. I share my favorite recipe!
Ingredients
- Cabbage (white) – 700 g
- Turkey breast - 400 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Water (hot) – 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, carrots and peeled onion.
Wash the turkey, dry it with a paper towel and slice it.
In a thick-walled cauldron, heat the oil, pour in the turkey and fry for 7-10 minutes. Each piece should be browned on all sides.
Add onion, carrot and continue frying for another 4 minutes.
Pour in hot water, pour in bay leaf and pepper mixture with peas. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Add cabbage, tomato sauce and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Before turning off, add salt and mix gently. Infuse the cabbage under the lid for 20 minutes.
