There are a lot of pork rolls, and today I want to share another of the recipes. When I want to make more filling, I add cheese to it. It not only improves the taste, but also perfectly combines the ingredients together while melting in the oven.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 art.l.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop all the vegetables and fry together until soft. Last of all, add the tomato and tomato paste.
Spread out the pork and rub it with spices. Beat off the meat and put the vegetables on top.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese, roll up a tight roll and wrap it in foil.
Bake the roll in the oven at 160 degrees for about 2-2.5 hours.
