A special date requires special dishes. As a main treat, prepare homemade pork pork. This is not just baked meat, but a whole poetry of flavors and aromas. In addition, even adherents of a healthy diet will be able to eat it. I'm telling you my recipe!

Ingredients

  • Pork (from the hip part) – 2 kg
  • Garlic - 6 teeth
  • Bay leaf - 4 pieces
  • Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Salt (large) – 1 art.l.
  • Greenery (for submission) – half-pack

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the pork, dry it with paper towels and peel off the films.

Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into large pieces lengthwise.

With a thin knife, make many incisions in the pork and stuff them with garlic.

Rub the meat thoroughly with salt, ground pepper and bay leaf.

Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Take the meat out of the refrigerator, warm it at room temperature for 1 hour and put it in a sleeve.

Bake pork for 1.5 hours in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Cut the sleeve and brown for another 15 minutes. Cut the cooked pork into pieces and garnish with herbs.
