Cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin and grainy cottage cheese

Usually in cottage cheese casseroles, the homogeneous consistency of the dough is important. But for fans of grainy cottage cheese, there are also several options. One of the best recipes among all that I have tried is this version with pumpkin.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin (baked) – 300 g
- Cottage cheese (grainy) – 300 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Semolina - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the baked pumpkin with a blender. Mix with honey, semolina and eggs, and leave for 10 minutes.
Mix pumpkin puree with grainy cottage cheese and put the mass in a greased bowl of a slow cooker.
Cook the casserole for 40-45 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
