Do you like crispy crust on chops? Try cooking them in cornflakes. I suggest using chicken fillet, but any other meat is also suitable. According to this recipe, the chops are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- cornflakes (not sweet) – 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 5 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Put the beaten fillet on a plate, season with salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with a fork with salt and ground pepper.
Crush the cornflakes lightly with a rolling pin.
Pour flour and cornflakes into separate wide plates.
Roll the blanks in flour, dip them in the egg mixture and roll them now in corn flakes.
Put the chops on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
