Fill the chicken with water, boil until tender and cut the meat into strips.

Cut the rest of the ingredients into the same strips.

Fry the onion, carrot and pepper until soft. Add cucumbers, tomato paste and tomato juice, and simmer everything for 5 minutes.

In the boiling broth, send the potatoes, all meat ingredients and roast, and cook until the potatoes are ready.

5 minutes before the end, add chopped coriander and olives.
