Rinse the peas and boil in water according to the instructions. Roughly interrupt it with a blender.
Cut the carrots into strips, chop the onion and lightly fry the vegetables.
Send them to the pea mass, season, adjust the thickness of the soup with water or cream and boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
