Ingredients
- Chicken broth - 750 ml
- Potatoes - 350 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Nettle - 1 bundle
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Butter - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop the potatoes and boil until tender in boiling broth.
Chop the onion and fry until golden in a mixture of oils. Finely chop the parsley and chilli.
Send the nettle leaves to the potatoes and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add onion, chili and parsley to the pan, chop everything with a blender and season to taste.
