If you don't want to mess with the grill, you can cook a pork kebab on a baking sheet in the oven. The meat will turn out to be just as tasty and fried. In addition, you do not have to constantly monitor it. For all the time it is enough to turn it over once or twice.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the pork and put it in a bowl.
Add oil, vinegar, ground pepper, sugar and salt. Stir, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
Take the meat out of the refrigerator and warm it at room temperature for 1 hour.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the pickled meat. Make sure that the pieces do not touch each other.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. In the process, I recommend turning the kebab 1-2 times.
