Chicken, mushrooms and sour cream or cream are a classic combination, and you can cook it in different ways. This time I propose to make such a chicken roll. It will be equally appropriate at home for dinner or on a festive table. Serve it with a side dish or thinly slice it on a meat plate.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Greenery - 6 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the mushrooms with onions and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Add chopped greens with sour cream to the mushrooms and mix.
Unwrap the chicken in a layer and chop it into one thin piece. Rub with spices.
Lay out the filling, wrap the chicken in a roll and tie it with twine.
Bake the roll in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
