Ingredients
- Pearl barley - 150 g
- Spinach - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Greenery - 1 bundle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pearl barley and boil for 15 minutes in boiling water.
Flip it into a colander and put it in pots or in a mold with a lid.
Chop the greens, spinach and garlic, and send it there as well.
Season to taste, pour in the oil and fill with water so that it breaks the grits by 5-7 mm.
Cook the pearl barley in the oven for 45 minutes under the lid at 190 degrees.
