Dorado or golden crucian perfectly preserves its taste during cooking. The main thing is not to over–dry the fish, but you can easily cope with this if you follow my recommendations. In this recipe I will tell you how to bake it in the oven with asparagus and broccoli – in the best traditions of Mediterranean cuisine.
Ingredients
- Dorado - 3 pieces
- Asparagus - 400 g
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 head
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the oranges, onion and garlic head.
Put the peeled fish, asparagus, broccoli inflorescences and everything else into the mold.
Sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with spices, and put another piece of orange on the dorado.
Bake the fish in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
