In conditions of a limited budget, you can cook a very tasty shish kebab from turkey husks. They should first be singed from hairs and remnants of feathers, cleaned and thoroughly rinsed. Try to choose the same size of the tail so that they are prepared at the same time.
Ingredients
- Turkey (guzki) – 1 kg
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare turkey tails, rinse and put in a bowl.
Add spices, salt and mayonnaise. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Put the tails on the skewers and fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning it over often.
