Looking for the perfect dinner dish again? Stew the young cabbage with sausages. It's fast, not troublesome and very tasty. You can use any sausage, but I like it most with dairy.
Ingredients
- Young cabbage - 600 g
- Sausages (dairy) – 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onion - 3 of the stem
- Butter - 80 g
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, cut the sausages into thin circles. Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add cabbage, bay leaf and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Add the sausages, chopped green onions and mix gently.
After 5 minutes, add salt, pepper and remove from heat.
