When I first tried draniki with stuffing – it was a real discovery. So I want to share this secret with you. The filling can be any – meat, cheese, mushrooms, vegetables. I'll tell you on a concrete example!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 50 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and drain the liquid. Add the egg, flour and spices, and mix.
Grate the cheese, finely chop the herbs and onions. Mix this separately for the filling.
Put a spoonful of potatoes in a hot frying pan with oil. On top of a little filling, and another layer of potatoes.
Fry the draniki on both sides until evenly golden.
