When there is a bag of frozen vegetables and a few fish in the freezer, feel free to bake them together. For example, I suggest this option with mackerel. I have a vegetable mixture with cauliflower, broccoli and string beans, but in fact any other will do.
Ingredients
- Frozen vegetables - 1 pack
- Mackerel - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and gut the fish, rub it with oil and season.
Put the vegetables on foil and put the mackerel on top.
Wrap everything well and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
