You can add any vegetables and other ingredients to the minced meat for meatballs. So why then limit yourself to the usual onions and carrots? I suggest this original version with corn, bell pepper and cheese!
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Corn - 60 g
- Bell pepper - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cheese - 60 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Shallots - 1 piece
- Green peas - 50 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the peppers and shallots, and lightly fry until soft.
Add vegetables, peas, corn and grated cheese to the minced meat. Season, add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Form small meatballs and fry in olive oil on all sides.
Put them on a baking sheet and send them to the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. If desired, bake them in your favorite sauce.
