In fact, it is much easier to diversify any familiar dish than it seems at first glance. Sometimes just a sprig of rosemary is enough for this. And it is this recipe of my favorite casserole of potatoes and minced meat that I want to share with you today.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Sour cream - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and garlic and mix with the minced meat. Season and put in a mold.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and put them on top.
Pour the beaten eggs and smear the casserole with sour cream. Sprinkle with rosemary leaves.
Put the casserole in the oven and cook for 45 minutes at 180 degrees under foil.
