The curd casserole in the pan has only one minus. Usually it is not as lush and high as in the oven. But everything else, from the simplicity of cooking to saving time, are solid advantages. Serve this casserole with berries and mint!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Starch - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and starch with a blender until smooth.
Separately whisk the whites with salt to a fluffy foam. Gently mix them into the cottage cheese with a spatula.
Put the mass in a greased frying pan and cook the casserole for about 30-35 minutes under the lid on low heat.
