Often you want to spice up the chops with some liquid seasoning. In order not to invent anything separately, cook them immediately in a creamy sauce. The dish turns out to be very tasty, fragrant and juicy. With pasta or mashed potatoes is just perfect!
Ingredients
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 150 ml
- Butter - 60 g
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (purified) – 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork loin, dry it and cut it into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Gently beat off the meat with a hammer on both sides.
Season each piece with salt, pepper, roll in flour and put it in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry the chops on each side for 4-5 minutes.
Chop the champignons and peeled onions.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the champignons and continue cooking until all the moisture has evaporated.
Pour in warm cream, water, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and nutmeg. Simmer everything together for 2 minutes.
Carefully put the chops in the pan with the sauce, cover with a lid and cook for another 7 minutes.
