Ingredients
- Salmon - 800 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 2 tsp.
- Cheese - 120 g
- Dijon mustard - 4 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the salmon pieces with spices and put them in a mold or on parchment.
Brush with Dijon mustard, lay out a circle of orange and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
