Ingredients
- Meat - 1 kg
- Mutton fat - 100 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Meat, fat and peeled onions pass through a meat grinder twice.
Mix the resulting mass with spices and salt.
Beat the minced meat well, wrap it in a cloth napkin and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Form small sausages about 12 cm long.
Place in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown on all sides. It usually takes about 10 minutes.
