- Pasta - 350 g
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Mozzarella - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta until tender.
Chop the onion, mix with minced meat and fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and spices, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Put half of the pasta, half of the minced meat and half of the grated mozzarella in a baking dish.
Repeat all the layers and put the casserole in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees.
